At konntext, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and/or personal data, please follow the instructions below.
What data will be deleted?
- Your user account (email, name, and credentials)
- Chat history, shared files, and any user-generated content
- Activity logs and preferences associated with your account
What data will be retained?
- Anonymous data not linked to your identity, used for general analytics (e.g., user activity by region)
Deletion timeline:
Once we receive your request, your account and all associated data will be fully deleted within 15 business days.
Important notes:
- This action is irreversible.
- If you are using konntext as part of a corporate account, please check with your administrator before submitting this request.
